Public outrage over e-toll deadline

RUSTENBURG HERALD - RUSTENBURG - South African motorists and antagonists of the dreaded Gauteng etoll system as well as the soon to be implemented AArto penalty system are outraged by the latest move by the South African government and its relevant agencies’ strategy to have outstanding e-toll fees accumulated by non-paying motorists coupled to the AArto Drivers Licence penalty system.
