Taxpayers urged to use online services amid industrial action
BONUS - RUSTENBURG - The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has urged taxpayers to avoid coming to its offices amid industrial action by staff over wage demands. On the first day of the strike on Wednesday (25 May), SARS said customs operations at ports of entry, especially borders, were without major interruptions.

JST hospital opens new ward to ease congestion
BONUS - RUSTENBURG - The ever growing population of Bojanala District, specifically Rustenburg has had a detrimental effect on the bed capacity of the Hospital. Job Shimankana Tabane hospital is a tertiary hospital which three District Hospitals refers patients to in Bojanala District. This necessitated the expansion of bed capacity to augment limited bed space within the Obstetric department, which affected JST hospital service delivery.
