BONUS – RUSTENBURG – The revelation that Rustenburg was actually losing investment opportunities as a result of its uncleanliness was the main driving factor behind a wide-spread clean-up campaign that kicked off at the Fire Department in Bethlehem Street, Rustenburg, on Friday morning, 1 September, under the banner #IthateTuu.

The Rustenburg Herald was told that the campaign was started as part of an initiative to make Rustenburg a more presentable city. The campaign will look at cleaning up major areas including the Rustenburg CBD, Taxi Rank and surrounding areas.

As part of the initiative several businesses including De Wet De Villiers Financial Services and Fepa Sechaba Agri Solutions joined hands with amongst others Public Safety and the Rustenburg Local Municipality in order to mobilise as many people as possible to restore Rustenburg’s former glory.
