    Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union (Nehawu) strike put the lives of patients in Tshepong Hospital and Klerksdorp Hospital in danger. During the visit of Klerksdorp Record on Wednesday 9 May, most of the beds in the hospitals were empty, while few doctors and some nurses were seen helping patients. Hospital spokesperson, Nico Masiu said almost 40% of patients who were in a stable condition had to be discharged from hospital with the necessary medication.
