Klerksdorp Rekord, Klerksdorp - Eers was daar Pad na jou hart, toe was daar Vir Altyd en vandag is daar Stroomop - ‘n inspirasie film vol moed en durf uit die pen van paartjie, Donnalee Roberts en Ivan Botha. Die twee het op Dinsdag 14 Augustus hoërskole in Klerksdorp besoek om hulle nuwe film te bemark en leerlinge uitgenooi om op Saterdag 18 Augustus saam met hulle te gaan fliek by Matlosana Mall.

Samies skitter by Eisteddfod

Klerksdorp Rekord, Klerksdorp - Altesaam 245 leerlinge van Laerskool Saamtrek het aan die Musikon Eisteddfod deelgeneem. Die skool se junior- en senior koor is albei as kategoriewenners aangewys. Die gr 7 spreekkoor verwerf ‘n A++ en die gr 3 spreekkoor verwerf ‘n A+.

SAPS appoint junior Provincial Commissioner

Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The involvement of young people in criminal activities in South Africa, either as victims or perpetrators, has been a cause for great concern for many years. As a result, the Ministry of Police declared crimes against women and children a priority. Fourteen youth members from all over North West participated in the competition to select the  junior provincial police commissioner in Klerksdorp last week.

    Kleuters raak touwys oor vreemdelinge

    Klerksdorp Rekord, Hartbeesfontein - Die AfriForum-buurtwag in Hartbeesfontein het op Woensdag 26 Julie aan ’n veiligheidsveldtog deelgeneem wat daarop fokus om jong kinders waaksaam te maak teen vreemdelinge en verdagte persone. Die veldtog genaamd “Stranger Danger” is gereël in samewerking met die SAPD en Boss Security en is by die Babbel en Krabbel Kleuterskool in Hartbeesfontein aangebied.
