Brüder Koffie Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
• 1 ¾ cup flour
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 3 ts baking powder
• ¾ cup oil
• ¾ cup boiling water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 tbs cocoa
• ¼ tsp salt
• 5 eggs

Method
• Beat the egg whites until stiff.  
• In a seperate container, beat the yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla together.
• Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder.
• Whisk oil and water together and add dry ingredients.
• Fold the stiff egg whites into the batter and pour into a greased baking tin.
• Bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

Make your sauce:
• Boil the following together and pour over cake immediately after you remove it from the oven.
• 1 ½ cup Brüder coffee (4 espressos filled up with water)
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
• Whipped cream with 3-4 tbs caramel condensmilk.
• Set in fridge.
