Xanté Damon from Kosh Martial Arts Academy was invited to compete at the Sansei Freestate Karate Championships on Saturday 8 September. She won gold medals in the Kumite and Points fighting division for girls 10 to 12 years intermediate belts. She won bronze medals for bladed and wooden weapon katas and bronze for Traditional Kata. Xanté is a student of Sensei Jack Damon and practice Sansei Goju Ryu karate and Kobudo.
