Sports Lekgotla full of promises

The launch over the past weekend in Hammanskraal of the first sports Lekgotla since 2012 ( held in Matlosana) has once again come-up with a host of promises from especially North West Premier, Supra Mahumapelo, MEC for education, recreation and sports development, Sello Lehari and officials from his administration.

Whose got the State under siege?

Had David Mahlobe been an ordinary member of the South African citizenry, his comments about South Africa been under siege from some dark forces whose agenda was to undermine the SA government, abusing the judiciary and the media among other institutions to achieve their own aims, very few people, if any, would have taken note of his remarks.

Illegal foreigners

As long as foreign nationals gain entry into South Africa illegally and as long as these foreign national s bring drugs into this country, they will always be regarded as criminals and people contributing to the rise of criminal activities in Mzansi.

Fake news?

When he delivers his state of the province address in Taung tomorrow, North West Premier, Supra Mahumapelo will among others be expected to explain clearly the ongoing saga around the ANC’s decision in the province to have appointed the controversial Brian Molefe as a member of the National Assembly representing the North West.

Citizens are waiting for real change

All roads will lead to Taung next week with hundreds of North West provincial government officials, the provincial administration’s cabinet, business representatives, heads of traditional leadership as well as various community structures and representatives of different political parties gathering at the local stadium to listen to the presentation of the fourth state of the province (SOPA) address given by Premier Supra Mahumapelo.
