Political parties prepare for bloody battle ahead.

With the year 2019 having been declared election year, all political parties are gearing themselves up for what could be a bloody encounter between so called big and small players in the expected emotional tussle for voters’ support.
Already indications this week pointed to what seems to be a tough fight ahead between the top giants including the African National Congress, Democratic Alliance and the Economic Freedom Fighters.

Yet another year has come and gone and many South Africans have made great strides while achieving numerous victories while many more did not have such a great year recording much less progress in different ventures all year long.
Those who celebrated the year included our sports personalities, players and officials. These included our national team in the form of the women‘s soccer team, Banyana Banyana who despite all the challenges including lack of proper sponsorship, played their hearts out to book a place in the next World Cup in France. Both the Under 17 and Under 20 male soccer teams, the Proteas (cricket) gave a good account of themselves while the male senior soccer outfit, Bafana Bafana continued their not-so-good performance against countries they should have won.
