“South Africans hereby declare for all our country’s populations and the world to know: that South Africa belongs to all who live in it…” This profound declaration is commonly used as a line of defence by our African brothers and sisters who seek to exploit and abuse our kindness as South Africans – same goes for all other foreign nationals who somewhat declare themselves as superior to us with habitual utterances that we are lazy and useless. Common courtesy dictates that one should never overstay their welcome and that a visitor should always know his/her place. Such however, has never been shared with many foreign nationals who enter our land and bring nothing but destruction which we have permitted for far too long.

‘Student Accommodation’ There is evident demand for student accommodation. Investors are scrambling to get property near the university and the colleges. This has pushed up asking prices for certain locations, namely unit 2,5,7,8 and 9. Every investor wants an opportunity where you can make enough to cover the mortgage and be left with some change in the pocket. Many universities do not have capacity to accommodate students on campus. Unless something else drastic happens this is most likely to remain the situation for next couple of years.

I appeal to Premier Mokgoro as follows:
The people of Bokone Bophirima, including myself hunger for morally upright leadership. I have experienced immense abuse and gender based violence for not being corrupt, at the Department of Finance and all that I want is justice.

Firstly, we would like to thank and acknowledge our CPF patrol team. The patrol teams are all volunteers who use their free time to patrol our town. We have seen a great decrease in the crime rate over the past three years since Crime Alert Mahikeng and the Mahikeng CPF have been active in their patrols and engaging with the community.
