Food parcels donated

The inaugural ceremony of the 1st Council of the South Africa Chinese Community, Police Co-operation Centre,  Mahikeng General Chamber of Commerce and the South African Overseas Chinese Merchants Association Mahikeng was launched at Mmabatho Palms hotel recently with the stakeholders donating food parcels to the needy communities of Mafikeng. Financial Economy and Enterprise Development (FEED) MEC, Wendy Nelson said the Department was responsible for checking or inspecting the businesses and to ensure compliance  all the time. Each and every citizen doing business shall do it within the framework of the country.

EED reaches out to Mareetsane communities

MAHIKENG MAIL-MAHIKENG: The Human Rights month activities through the Department of Economy and Enterprise Development and Liquor Regulation Unit embarked on a social responsibility campaign to raise awareness on adverse effects of alcohol and liquor traders to give back to its communities at Mareetsane village recently.
