Penny’s efforts to help the poor

Unathi Community Orphans Home located in Mocoseng Village near Mafikeng received   groceries donated by Pick n Pay supermarket in Mmabatho through the efforts of the famous Penny Mtekeza last week. The donation was part of the supermarket’s social responsibility programme for vulnerable children. The Orphans Home cooks for children who come from poor backgrounds  and have no source of income  for  the family. Children are given meals on a daily basis in the morning and afternoon. The meals come in handy for the families whose children often go to school without food and even go to bed with no proper feeding.
