MLM finally admits wasteful expenditure

MAHIKENG MAIL-MAHIKENG:  Mahikeng Local Municipality has admitted the loss and wasteful expenditure on a multimillion rand contract between Kwane Capital and the Municipality. The contract was signed by the suspended Municipal Manager, Thabo Mokwena on the purchase of the infamous White and Yellow fleet vehicles recently repossessed by Kwane Capital.
