The Rooigrond Management Area bid farewell to four esteemed officials who served the Department with distinction. Two officials retired after years of dedicated service, while two others received promotions to new roles. Speakers praised the outgoing officials for their expertise, institutional knowledge and commitment to the department’s strategic objectives.
The event was held on 9 October and was a celebration of the officials’ contributions and legacy. They were lauded for their work ethic, commitment and passion for their work. The Area Commissioner, Nduduzo Buthelezi, thanked them for their impeccable contributions and for imparting skills that will continue to inspire others. The outgoing officials were wished well in their future endeavours and their legacy will serve as a model for others to follow.
