BONUS - RUSTENBURG - Join the learners, teachers and family members of Laerskool Proteapark on Thursday, 13 March for a blood drive in aid of the South African National Blood Services (SANBS).
The Parkies are giving back to the community of Rustenburg by donating lifesaving blood and they invite anyone who is interested, to join them from 07:00 to 16:00 on the day.
The blood drive will take place in the school lapa and the goal is to collect 70 units of blood for the day.
Remember, one blood donation can save up to three lives, so become part of the pulse of the nation!
Blood donation requirements:
* Age: 16 to 75
* Weight: 50kg or above
* Good general health or no recent illnesses
* Leading a safe lifestyle
* Eat a meal or snack before donating.
