BRITS POS – HEBRON – On Saturday, 9 March around 01:30 a SAPS member of Hebron police station was on duty when he received a call that there had been a shooting at Moseja section, Hebron and upon arrival he found the body of a male with bullet wounds to his abdomen and spent cartridges next to the victim.
When EMS arrived at the scene, they declared the victim deceased. A male identified the deceased as his brother (43).
The motive for the murder is unknown.
A case of murder was registered at the Hebron police station.
“The suspects have not yet been arrested,” says SAPS Brits spokesperson, Maria Nkabinde.
“Anyone with information about the incident can contact the Investigating Officer, Detective Sergeant Kagiso Pitsoane of Hebron Detectives on 082 500 5254.”
