BONUS - RUSTENBURG - Amateur artists in and around Rustenburg are invited to enter Rustenburg Herald/NW Bonus’ popular Blank Space Art competition with wonderful prize-money up for grabs once every quarter as well as at the grand finale following the overall judging at the end of the year.
Two monthly/quarterly winners from all participating artists will be selected every quarter (one each from Pick n Pay Greystone Crossing and Pick n Pay Beyers Naudé) with each of these artists walking off with prize-money of R1 000 sponsored by Rustenburg Herald.

The competition reaches a highlight at the end of the year with the grand judging and overall prize-giving when once again - two winners - one from each store - will be rewarded with two extremely valuable shopping vouchers to the tune of R10 000 each sponsored by Pick n Pay Greystone Crossing and Pick n Pay Beyers Naudé. The grand judging and overall prize-giving usually takes place during the first week of December and in right on time to serve as a wonderful Christmas present.
To enter - remember the following: Look out for the blank space and entry form regularly printed in Rustenburg Herald. Complete your art work directly onto the blank space or attach your completed artwork onto the blank space and make sure that you complete the entry form at the bottom of the blank space. PLEASE NOTE: It has come to our attention that many artists submit artworks on separate material or surfaces and WITHOUT the compulsory completed entry form attached to the back or bottom of their art works. Please note that NO entries without the necessary entry form will be considering for judging and subsequently, as winners of the competition.
Entries could be posted into the clearly marked “Blank Space Art competition” boxes at Pick n Pay Greystone Crossing or Pick n Pay Beyers Naudé or at reception of Rustenburg Herald at 13, Coetzer Street. You may enter as many artworks as you wish and there is no entry fee. A closing date for entries in the first quarter of the competition will be announced at a later stage. Good luck with your entries and remember those entry forms!
