The Rustenburg Local Municipality, under the leadership of the Executive Mayor Cllr Shiela MabaleHuma (fourth from left), proudly hosted a Women’s Day Celebration at the Rustenburg Golf Club on Friday, 5 September.
This year’s theme, “Building Resilient Economies for All”, recognised the power of women as pillars of families, communities, and our local economy. The municipality said, the event was not only a celebration but a call to action —
to continue empowering women, creating opportunities, and ensuring their contributions are valued in shaping a stronger, inclusive Rustenburg.
