BONUS - POTCHEFSTROOM - The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Sello Kwena, is saddened by the murder of 31-year-old Constable Mogoro Clement Makola, who was recently shot and killed in Lekgalong village, near Marikana outside Rustenburg.
According to information, an off-duty Makola was coming out of a shop, when approached by the three unknown men. One of the offenders pointed a firearm at him and demanded money. In an attempt to disarm the suspect, Mokola was ultimately shot several times in the upper body. The trio fled the scene on foot, while the victim’s wife transported him to Kanana clinic.

However, he was declared dead on arrival. He also conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the Makola family, colleagues and relatives.
