Klerksdorp Rekord, Stilfontein - Die wonde van gemeentelede en familie gaan nog lank vat om te ge-nees na die dubbel begrafnis van ds Francois van Heerden (64) en sy seun, Rupert (31). Die strate rondom die NG Kerk Sentraal was vol geparkeer op Saterdag 16 Junie en die kerk tot oorlopens toe vol met stoele wat ingedra is en sommige mense wat buite gestaan het.

EFF paints Jouberton red

Klerksdorp Record, Jouberton - The Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) Commander-in-Chief, Julius Sello Malema guaranteed that the Matlosana Stadium in Jouberton was painted red with thousands of supporters attending the Youth Day Rally on Saturday 16 June. During his keynote address, Malema said the youth must make changes so that people can live better lives. He also encouraged them to fight poverty.
