Tigane in flames during protest

Klerksdorp Record, Tigane - The charges of public violence against people who were illegally protesting in Tigane were withdrawn in the Klerksdorp Magistrate’s Court on Friday 13 October. Only the case against the EFF’s Dr Kenneth Kaunda regional secretary, Buti Shuping’s was not withdrawn. He was released on bail and the case was postponed to Friday 27 October.
