Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - A 47 year-old woman appeared in the Klerksdorp Magistrates’ Court this week on a charge of murder after a local businessman was stabbed and found dead in his Land Cruiser last week.
“Mathabeng Mmusi appeared in court on Monday November 13. She is linked to the murder of Motseothata Phillimon Dikgwatlhe (56) whose body was found on Thursday evening November 9, in Hartbeesfontein along the R503 road.
“The body was found with a stab wound on the upper body in his vehicle next to the road with lights on. He was certified dead by emergency medical services personnel,” said Capt Afjee Botma, police spokesperson.
Dogs removed from abuser’s home
Klerksdorp Record, Stilfontein - A Stilfontein man is wanted by the police on charges of bestiality.
The man apparently filmed himself raping his dogs. Footage from the videos is in the possession of Matlosana Animal Shelter.
The shelter’s Suzette Kotze said she immediately went to the police to lay charges when she saw the videos. Apparently the suspect, a middle aged man, sent the videos by mistake to an acquaintance who then informed the shelter.

The NW unemployment rate is 51.2%, closely followed by Mpumalanga, which sits at 46.7%.
