Lentswe, Jouberton - Mpho Nchelete Lebethe of X190 marked her 90th birthday on October 10. Due to a wedding taking place near her home, her grandchildren postponed the celebration to October 18, when family and friends gathered to honour this in-credible milestone. Mpho, a proud matriarch, was the mother of 11 children - all have since passed. She now lives with her grandchildren, who cherish her deeply. Representing the family is Millicent Seretsi, whose mother was Mpho’s sister. Both women are descendants of the Pitso clan. Reaching 90 is a special blessing in the family, as none of their parents or grandparents lived to see this age.
Mpho’s life is a testament to strength, endurance, and the love of family.
