Lentswe, Kanana - Phodiso Worship hosted a guest from the SA College of Applied Psychology in Gauteng, who facilitated a workshop on mental health and coping mechanisms for challenges we face in our daily lives, including gender-based violence (GBV). It was an enriching and educational day for all members, who were able to engage deeply and reflect on issues that many had silently struggled with. She emphasized the importance of mental health, explaining that just like you care for spiritual and physical well-being, it is equally crucial to prioritize psychological well-being.

A farewell function for Rev Jonas Sephai and mother Kay Sephai took place as they retired from ministry at St Anne Anglican Church in Stilfontein. They were serving a full decade in His calling. Vera Malefane (organizer), Charles Mzungu, Manoto Moruti, Thabo Sephai, Rev Julio Moholove, Zanele Moholove, Charlotte Melela, Dinah Tladi, Motlalepule Lekgetho, Conny Mokoena, Makini Khumalog, Lerato Sephai, Sister Williams, Veronica Mphetsheni, Violet Sawule and Mary Jane Melamu attended.

Lentswe, Jouberton - The Khayalethu Primary School hosted a successful Grade R parents event this week. The Grade R Teacher presented a Robotics Day where parents, teachers, and learners gathered to explore the exciting world of robotics and technology. The NWU collaborated on the event. Community builder Rethabile Ngwenya was also in attendance, motivating and encouraging young minds to embrace innovation and future-ready skills.
