Get tested for breast, prostate cancer
Lentswe, Jouberton - The North West Department of Health in the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District will commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month at the Brazil Stadium on Thursday October 31.
The event is aimed at raising awareness and providing health education on breast and prostate cancer. According to Motsamai Moloi, the acting district health services chief director, the department is targeting to reach at least 300 people who will receive various health testing and screening services. The day will commence with a fun walk from 06:00, then proceed to aerobics while health education and services provision continues all day.

Mom, daughter still missing
Lentswe, Jouberton - The police need your help to find a mother and her two year-old daughter who have been missing since September 4. Mavis Mosepele (41) of Ext 7 and her two year old were staying with Mavis’ mother. A search was conducted around the township and surrounding areas of Jouberton without any success. Extensive investigations were done and all leads were followed up with no success.
