Lentswe, Klerksdorp - Teams and clubs gathered in the Mayoral Hall to receive information on the rules and regulations on players’ status.
The regional president, Orapeleng Setlhare, who is also SAFA’s provincial competition chairperson and an NEC member of Competition Committee, was accompanied by members of the Regional Executive Committee, on Sunday January 14.

This workshop was aimed at making it possible for the teams and clubs to know and understand the rules and regulations and to comprehend the status of the players. 

The purpose was to lessen the confusion that usually prevails amongst the members during the course of each football season. 

The workshop touched on the FIFA Laws of the Game for the referees as provided by IFAB (International Football Association Board).

The workshop was concluded on issuing of bags of brand new soccer attire to the teams that will participate in the regional leagues across Dr Kenneth Kaunda region. It was at this stage where a new regional league sponsor, Hollywoodbets, was revealed. An emphasis was made to the members to wear the attire provided by the sponsor.
