    Klerksdorp Midweek, Klerksdorp - The Orkney and Klerksdorp Animal Shelter’s annual dog show is taking place on May 11.
    The event will take place at Apex Hangar 39 at the PC Pelser Airport.
    The categories will lead to interesting entries. The categories are smallest dog, biggest, pet/owner lookalike, best veteran (over eight years), cutest disabled, best dressed, best rescue, best trick/most energetic and best facial expression.
    The gates will open at 09:00 and the entrance fee is R10 per person. The dog show entries will open at 10:00 and the entry fee is R20 per entry per dog. The show will start at 11:00.
    All dogs must be on a leash or lead and no dogs younger than 12 months may be entered and PLEASE, no aggressive dogs.

    Klerksdorp Midweek, Klerksdorp - Petrus Motsokgang Seele is missing.
    Seele (65) was last seen on the corner of Siddle and Noord Street in the CBD at 19:45 on Thursday April 18. 
    His photo was shared on the Klerksdorp Safety and Security Forum’s Facebook page.
    The police are appealing for help to find Seele.
    It is unknown what he was wearing when he went missing. Contact the investigating officer, W/O Pieter Schee-pers, on 082 416 0817 if you know of Seele’s whereabouts. You can also contact the Klerksdorp police station on 018 464 5079/80.
