“O Mang is a self-reflection of my identity as an artist, encouraging self-love to Africans, with beautiful five track and EP. I’m also a songwriter and I select different artists to work with on my projects. You can see I’m working with young artists and jazz is now being studied by young people who are creating new and interesting concepts to make jazz relevant today. That is why I prefer to work with young musicians in my band,” said Makhotla.
