BONUS - RUSTENBURG - Executive Mayor Cllr Shiela Mabale-Huma, last week attended the Bojanala Department of Education Well Done Function held at Fields College, an event dedicated to recognising and celebrating excellence, dedication and outstanding performance within the education sector across the Bojanala District. The function honoured educators, learners and education stakeholders whose commitment continues to improve teaching and learning outcomes, shaping a brighter future for our communities.
Addressing the gathering, the Executive Mayor Cllr Shiela Mabale-Huma, commended the Department of Education for its continued investment in quality education and acknowledged the vital role played by teachers, school management teams and parents in nurturing young minds.
The Executive Mayor reaffirmed the Rustenburg Local Municipality’s commitment to working closely with the education sector to create a supportive environment that enables learners to thrive, succeed and reach their full potential. She emphasised that education remains a cornerstone for social and economic development and a key driver in building a skilled, empowered and prosperous society.
The Municipality extended its congratulations to all award recipients and wishes them continued success as they “inspire excellence and raise the standard of education within the Bojanala District”.
