Matlosana Chess Academy and Legae laditshimo-logo hosted a successful tournament at the Ledibeng Centre (Roman Catholic Church, Jouberton) last month. The event drew participants from Sebokeng, Khuma, and Wolmaransstad, showcasing the growing interest in chess in the region. The tournament saw enthusiastic participation across three sections, with winners as follows: Mafabatho Thapelo (A section), Siyabonga Mokobe (B section) and Bongani Sekonyela (C section u12). Seen are Maphasa Faku, MCA president, Bongani Sekonyela, Bokamoso Tsotetsi, Rethabile Noge and Mr Monei from Legae laditshimologo npc.
