NOORDWESTER – DELAREYVILLE - Karabo Mooketsi (34) was arrested in Delareyville on Tuesday, 21 October on charges of house robbery, theft of a vehicle and other goods robbed during a house robbery at Kgosing Section, Molatedi village, Madikwe.
He appeared in court on 22 October in Delareyville. The case is postponed and he remains in custody.
It is alleged that a homeowner arrived at his place on Monday evening, 20 October, parked his Ford Ranger outside, and entered the house. According to information, the victim was accosted by an unknown man while going outside to fetch something from the car.
The man allegedly threatened him with a knife and tied his hands and feet. Following this, the suspect fled from the scene with the victim’s vehicle after taking a laptop, cell phone, and various other household goods.
