Congratulations on the success of these top athletes of Run Walk for Life at the Open African Masters Athletics Track and Field Championships held at Pilditch Athletics Stadium. Elmarie Pretorius secured gold in the 10 000m and 21.1km as well as in the 5000m. Irene Scheffer achieved gold in the 100m and 400m, along with success in Cross Country, earning silver in the 1500m and bronze in the 800m.
