Lentswe, Klerksdorp - The u15 rugby team of Klerksdorp Technical High School has achieved an unforgettable milestone by being crowned the SDC Noordvaal Cup - Division 4 Champions of 2025. This victory is the result of an outstanding year where the boys remained unbeaten in every single game they played. From friendlies to league fixtures.
Not only did they win all their league matches, but they also secured bonus points in every game, a remarkable achievement that paved their way into the finals of the prestigious SDC Noordvaal Cup.
They clashed with Alberton High School in the final on Saturday August 23 at Carletonville.
They displayed true grit, skill, and determination, claiming victory with a triumphant score of 39–21, proudly lifting the cup and making history.
The principal, Rodwell Miles, extends a heartfelt word of thanks to their coach, Dirk van Wyk, for the incredible effort, time, and guidance he has poured into this team. His dedication on the training field and leadership along the journey have been vital in shaping this victorious side.
