What an absolute honour. The Tokon Shotokan Karate A/C recently had the privilege to be trained by Sensei Laurent and Sensei Nicholas Bellegarde, both World Champions and multiple medal winners in WUKF. They visited Rustenburg and shared their knowledge as Rustenburg Tokon Shotokan Karate @ TSKKIA All styles prepare to take part at the WUKF World Championships in PE and then in Mexico later this year. The Tokon Shotokan Karate A/C is entering 68 students and is by far the largest group to enter as representatives of Rustenburg.

Kancho Albert Venter (Founder of Tokon Shotokan Karate and TSKKIA All Styles) and one of the style heads in WUKF, organized this training day. Kancho Albert is extremely happy with the knowledge gained in Kata and Kumite and is pleased with the performance of the students. He states that Rustenburg Tokon Shotokan have been training extremely hard and that the overall standard has greatly improved.
