Klerksdorp Midweek, Klerksdorp - Pied Piper Pre-School recently held a heart-warming campaign to support the Orkney and Klerksdorp Animal Shelter. The campaign, which focused on collecting food and blankets for animals in need, concluded with a generous handover to the shelter on June 25. The initiative saw enthusiastic participation from the young learners, their families, and school staff - all working together to gather essential supplies to help keep the shelter’s animals fed and warm during the colder months.
The Orkney and Klerksdorp Animal Shelter extends its sincere gratitude to every person involved in this thoughtful campaign.
“It’s incredibly touching to see the youngest members of our community already making a difference,” said Diane Jacobs from the shelter.
“These kinds of contributions mean the world to us - and even more to the animals in our care.”
This generous act from Pied Piper Pre-School not only supports the shelter’s ongoing mission but also sets a wonderful example of empathy and community involvement for the next generation.
