Great news for Rustenburg motorists travelling to and from the Waterfall Mall from all directions around town is that the notorious Rockcliff Estates bridge in Cuckoo Avenue (Ward 17) was finally reopened for normal traffic after exactly one year and three days on Wednesday, 13 December - just in time to serve as a perfect Christmas gift to motorists, cyclists, runners and pedestrians alike.
It’s old hat that the past year has been an ordeal with Rustenburg travellers having no other option but to take a heavily congested detour in order to reach Waterfall Mall and surrounding areas. (Photo: Waldie Volschenk).
