RUSTENBURG HERALD - WATERFALL MALL - Waterfall Mall’s Night Market on Saturday, 10 May, incidentally on the eve of Mother’s Day 2025, was a runaway success in any terms.
It would be fair to say that hundreds, if not thousands of people attended and no, it can’t be said that they had braced the weather, as it seems that the Rustenburg winter of 2025 is only about to set in, in a week or two.

The Night Market is an initiative of the Waterfall Mall with this year’s edition coinciding with a performance of Jacaranda FM’s Martin Bester and an opportunity to support Bester’s familiar Blanket Drive as part of his annual Warm Fest to benefit poor communities around the country. It was reported that blankets to the value of R36 000 were donated towards the Blanket Drive. These images were taken during the early evening just before sunset by Rustenburg Herald’s photographers.
